I learned how to make moccasins in March of 2025. I found a bag of scrap hide from nohkompan and in there were two little moccasins. I used these to help me understand the construction and begin building patterns.
Moccasins Workshops
I love teaching. I have been teaching since receiving my BEd. degree in 2020 from the University of Alberta. I have taught in grade 6, before eventually requesting to become our school's Cree Teacher. It has been quite the journey.
I am still a teacher in our school, but I also enjoy teaching all ages and have begun to faciliated moccasin making workshops.
